huge candy;)

salam..hello sisters..
Amy Young is celebrating that she has actually cut through a 1000 sheets of paper!! How cool is that .. So to celebrate this she has one huge  candy, which includes a 1000 sheets of paper and tons of stamps!!! All you have to do is post about it on your blog linking back to her, and then leave a comment saying you have done so! How easy is that!!

wooooow i was amazed...

salam sisters
this morrning was so quiet & peace hemmm i wonder why??its ramadan and so it's normal to stay late overnight for (sohoo)r but something was weird this morrning...
i went to my crafting room and saw this diaper cake...its made by my 12 years old daughter wooow masha'allah
i loved it soooo much and i wanted to post this to encourage her
she was a good helper for me and a good student too

 i do looooove  crafting ...and cooking but baking cookies hemmmmm... not that much i feel they need too much time
 in mixing and baking and need to be cooled and soooo on but this time i challenged my self and made an easy recipe i wish you like it..

  Active Time: 20 minutesTotal Time: 50 minutes
Recipe Ingredients

2sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature

 1/4cup confectioners' sugar, plus extra for coating

 1Tbsp water

 2tsp vanilla extract

 2cups all-purpose flour

   1cup finely chopped pecans
Recipe Preparation

1. Heat oven to 300°F. You'll need a baking sheet(s).2. Beat butter and sugar with mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy. Beat in water and vanilla. With mixer on low, beat in flour just until blended. Stir in pecans.3. For each cookie, form a scant 2 tablespoons dough into a small roll, about 1 1/2 in. long. (Dough is sticky, so moisten hands with water to form.)4. Bake 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheet 20 minutes or until lightly browned.5. While still hot, roll in confectioners' sugar to coat. Cool on wire rack. Store airtight at room temperature up to 2 weeks. Roll in more sugar, if needed, just before serving

السلام عليكم خواتي ...بعرض لكم مقادير وخطوات كوكيز رائع طبقته بالأمس مع تصويري اللي حده مو شي بس عذروني لانه من الموبايل وأتمنى يعجبكم:)

2 عدد أصابع زبده (1 كوب) زبدة غير مملحه ، في درجة حرارة الغرفة

ربع كوب سكر بودره

1 ملعقة طعام من المياه

2 ملعقة شاي مستخرج الفانيليا

2 كوب طحين لجميع الأغراض

1 كوب بيقان مفروم

وصفة التحضير

1. اشعلي  الفرن الى 300 ف.
.2.امزجي الزبدة والسكر معا في الخلاط على السرعة المتوسطة ثم العاليه حتى ينفش. وذوبي الفانيلا في الماء ثم ضعيهم على الزبده والسكر.
3.اضيفي البيكان والدقيق وباقي المكونات
4.تشكل العجين حالما تنتهي على هيئة أصابع صغيره والمقياس الذي استخدمته هنا هو مقدار ملعقه شاي لكل اصبع حتى تكون الكوكيز بحجم مرتب وجميل ولكن ممكن مثل الوصفه تكون الكميه بمقدار ملعقة الطعام
5.تخبز بصينيه غير مدهونه مغطاه بورق زبده مدة15-20دقيقه
6.تزال من الفرن وهي بنيه من الاسفل ولا تزال طريه وترص على سلك وترش بالسكر البودره في حين لا تزال ساخنة ،وبعد15 دقيقه وبعد ان تبرد تغطى جيدا  بالسكر وتحفظ حتى اسبوعين
وبالهناء والعافيه
